Hello fmk, and welcome to the forums!
There shouldn't be any problems making the move to Windows 7 - not only does Acer supply Windows 7 drivers for the 8920G (visit http://support.acer.com), but if any drivers are missing, the Vista drivers should work just fine in Windows 7.

CineDash is controlled by the Launch Manager program, also available from Acer.

The only thing that isn't is Acer Arcade Deluxe; if you have a Blu-ray or HD-DVD drive, you'll need to keep that in order to get playback in Windows 7. Burn your Drivers & Applications disc from eRecovery, and it'll have the Arcade Deluxe installation package on it.
