Yes, but it depends on the specific type of mini PCIe slot. Some use usb 2.0 protocol and others pcie. You have to check the particular TV card that was compatible with this system; that MR15 adapter will only work for mPCIe-usb slots. Actually have the same card and it's working fine, see this old post for details.

maybe that works also nice.. mSata SSD

No, that definitely will not work. A mini PCIe slot does not support (m)SATA protocol. There are a few rare mini PCIe ssds, but they're small, command a high price and will not outdo an SDHC UHS-I card speed-wise since the bandwidth of the slot is limited to 100MB/s anyway.
Again; find out whether the TV tuner cards for this system use USB or PCIe interface.downloads likes this. -

Yes, that matches the AVerMedia A309 card that was one the system's options. The MR15 will work then, but is not a very sound choice, except if you happen to have two micro cards already (the slot is the limiting factor here). This MR04 MiniCard adapter + a SanDisk Extreme PRO UHS-I is much more suitable.
Another option is an internal usb port; PM3U MiniCard to USB 2.0 adapter.note24 likes this.
