    i recently bought my new acer 5750z laptop :) , ive not had any issues really but 2 days ago my partner was trying to sort out my daughters ds chip when she said the usb device wasnt been picked up it was working christmas eve, i tryed all usb ports it did get hot on 1,2 occasions, i looked for windows updates, ive checked for acer updates (nothing) and ive gone through each usb port all seem to be working propely, i see no yellow markers in device manager, i even moved the device driver from the standard letter to something else, nothing has worked, it makes a noise when inserted and removed and also shows the red light on stick, but it will not pop up as available. all it says is the device driver was not sucessfully installed, could somebody please tell me how to put my letter back to standard and how to solve my issue, thank you much appriciated.
