    Hey folks,

I managed to dump system bios with fptw64 and extract vBios with UEFI Tool.
Pascal TDP Tweaker shows "Model unsupported" :(
Another thing that was irritating me is that the vBios dump says GP107 in header whereas my model is GTX1060. I could only find 1 vBios in whole system bios though (Search for NVIDIA with hex editor in extracted Setup UEFI volume)
Any ideas how to mod vBios? Does Prema offer his services for Pascal?

Pascal's vBIOS is encrypted IIRC, and I do believe Nvidia released a GP107 of the 1060

Interesting. But Encryption shouldn't be the problem here? I mean Pascal TDP Tweaker is working fine on other Pascal GPUs

Well, with all the crazy stuff people have done with vBIOS's, I'm just going to assume that its only for desktop Pascal

Pascal TDP tweaker is about the only thing that works and there is a reason for that. Even then, the original author of that application iirc stopped development and had the thread closed on OCN because people started cross flashing cards and bricking them in the process.

Sad story. Should be people's own choice to do so and if you give a warning message about cross flashing everyone knows the risks.
Is there a reason newer notebook Pascal GPUs are no longer supported or do they just need to be added to database?

It is and it was and warning was provided but it was ignored. That was the result.
