I am patiently waiting on my 6930-6560 and i am curious as to what they look like inside. Like for instance it has the 9600m gs, is that on the board or is there some slot that a card slides into? do people ever upgrade their cards?

It's on the board. You can't upgrade it unless you got some serious skills.
