    I used Acronis software,
    it says there is a partition on my hdd called Pq or sq service or something, what is this ???

    It for the disk to disk recoverey. It a restore partion that let you boot with function keys i think alt f10 to recover your laptop winch restore you laptop to factorey erase all stuff on c

    that is if you mbr is in tack still and not changed
