M.2 Typ 2280 ssd's up to 2TB. For the 2nd M.2 You can hit up M.2 SSD to 2.5-Inch Enclosure Adapter.

hi Papusan, thank you for your reply, will it be standard M.2, or can i use NVME/PCIe, also can i use a different enclosure for the 2.5 HDD, instead of the rubber frame
    Thanks :)

I don't think you can use M.2 NVMe(most likely no). Hit up Amzon, Ebay, Nevegg or similar places. See what can be offered for you.

so it will most likely be standard M.2 2280 ones then?
also can i use a different enclosure for the 2.5 HDD, instead of the rubber frame?

can i use any brand of M.2 2280 or will any brand do?

Yoo can use a ssd with M.2 design into a Internal 2.5" ssd slot. Different size and shape. But not M.2 MVMe ssd. As well use your M.2 ssd into a usb enclosure for external use.

Yeah. Put your M.2 ssd into a 2.5" form factor.

    Hi,
You may be able to use a NVMe SSD, check your Maximum Link Width of PCI Express Root Ports in HWiNFO64. If it's 2x or 4x you can use NVMe SSD.

And where to add the second M.2 ssd on MB? As He has already used up the 1x M.2 slot.
