Umm idk where you looked, but if I go on the Acer driver and downloads section, click on notebooks, click on aspire 5920G it gives me a list of drivers and utilities. I clicked on eData Security Management, and it gave me a link to "download".

The same went for all the others, so go look there.

Wow this forum is like having a private tutor. Yeah I downloaded them and install, seems everything is working fine. But I got new questions how can I get ACER arcade and configurate the media bottoms (for use with arcade and other media playing programs) and the empowering key (the blue bottom with the e). Thanks again for you help I really appreciate that.

I believe Acer QuickLaunch is the software that controls all the media buttons.

Oops... I meant "Mouse" under control panel.

You should be able to find arcade deluxe on Acer's site. No, you don't need to pay for it.

I'm bumping this thread because the question here is also one I have. Futureshop did a pre-configure on the unit my parents bought and in the process removed Acer Arcade Deluxe, making the HD DVD impotent (unless we buy a third party program, which we'd like to avoid...free is better and it was included originally)...we'd rather not invalidate that pre-configure by reinstalling the factory default, if avoidable...so if there is a link AAD can be had for download, getting it would be GREATLY appreciated!!! :D
