I'd rather not.. it's going to take forever to write down all the apps I have currently so I don't forget. Then it's going to take some doing to change the Zune music up again. Etc etc.. I'll leave it till tomorrow. Perhaps someone might come up with some solution for the time being. (BTW Still stuck on VGA drivers now)

If you can't install anything from the ATI installer anymore, you need to manually delete all ATI folders on your harddrive in user directory and program folder. Also you have to clean every Catalyst, ATI Technologies and CCC entry in regedit. But still, simplest thing after VBIOS Flash is fresh windows install. Good luck

Just reporting in on this thread to note that the cursor issues I was having with 10.8 and 10.9 appear to have been resolved with 10.10. (stuttering mouse cursor in WoW when hardware cursor is enabled)
Also, I have seen around a 50%+ improvement in framerates and stability in WoW going from 10.7 to 10.10.
I don't play much else these days so not much to report other than that. -
Does anybody know if there are any unofficial Dell/Alienware reps lurking around again after Brian's departure?
It sure would be nice to have somebody to ask about whether or not 'Dellified' versions of new Catalyst releases can be expected. -
I'm not sure if I correctly installed the 10.10 CCC drivers on my system, being that I haven't encountered any kind of performance boost since their installation. Is there any way to check in CCC to see what drivers I'm working with? Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks.

Check what catalyst version it is. Should say 10.10.

It says I have version 2010.0930.2237.38732 currently installed. Is this the latest? Sounds more to me like 10.9...

Anyone with 4870's STILL having the same damn performance issues with BFBC2 since the 10.6 release?
I'm pretty aggravated at this point. The 2 games I play the most are Starcraft 2 and BFBC2 but there isn't a driver release out that plays both properly. 10.5a is the last ATI driver that plays BFBC2 correctly, all drivers since then have some weird issue that causes the game to run rough unless I use a single GPU. Only the most recent drivers seem to run Starcraft 2 at a decent framerate without having to turn settings down.
AMD has been ignoring the BFBC2 problem for a while now. I'm starting to get annoyed.
