This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Well, like I said in my original post, I had called and asked to upgrade and they said it wasn't possible so I guess I have to call and ask for a master and a slave card.

    Or just tell them they are WRONG and that you want to speak to a manager. If I recall correctly AUS also has some of the worst support for Dell in the world....(no joke)
