loose accusations and critism from outsiders and people without first hand experience can be damaging without either evidence produced or actual accounts, words are words, very easy to say many things on these forums, people would be less eager to pass judgment if they where held accountable

anyway everything is back to normal and one point to remember here is that we are dealing with Dell order process which currently is somewhat lacking right now.

Man what on earth got you to be so defensive against general discussion about HIDevolution? If you are going to spew out everytime someone comment about HID, i won`t bother to write on this thread again. Heck we could just close it alltogether.

My last comment was actually positive, because i hinted that Ted got more customers with this thread that I made. And other people here as well are saying that he is working alone. Which is fine by me (and for others since you see them saying they just ordered from HID). Seriously dude!

I'm cool mate, don't look for what's not there, I happen to like the service I got from HID, the last few posts on this thread was from someone that is using the business but was getting worried about communication - now resolved, another completely unknown joined the thread and in fact NBR with zero posts passing an opinion without any explanation of their experience.

you yourself have been critical and passed a few comments, not sure what your experience with HID is - if any :)

Ok here is my experience: In 10 March i ordered from HID an Macbook Air and an iPad 2. 1 month later i didn't receive both. On 30 March i ordered an HTC HD 7 from HID. Ted told me that would be able to send me in 1 week. 2 weeks past, i didn't receive nothing. Like i said, i'm working with HID at almost one year, and i trust them cause we never had problems, until now...

ok you trust them, you have an order that is 2 weeks past delivery

    I'll ask you three questions

do you think your order has been delayed ?
do you think you will get what you ordered ?
have all your past orders been filled ?

if you answered no to any of these questions then you have an issue that should be shared but you might be on the wrong forum.....M17x we have no experience here with Apple, we know Dell have their heads up their bottoms right now and all I can offer is sympathy to Ted having to deal with them.................and Cloudfire, have you dealt with HIDEvolution ? if not what are you doing posting here, sorry to now be so direct I've hinted a few times, yes you can have an opinion but based on what ??

like who are you with 3 posts

just a note to all regardless

the biggest thread on this forum regarding the R3 is by a country mile - the order status thread and most of it is Dell failing to

    communicate
    meet delivery dates
    none responsive
    incorrect information
    inconsistency
    etc etc etc

akinho..........this is a Dell forum-we only know Dell, yes you are posting about HIDEvolution but attached to that here is directly linked to Dell, for all we know Apple are worse than Dell at delivery (which would be difficult) but if you employ a 3rd party to manage your orders they are at the mercy of the vendor

most people here are now aware that Dell are having difficulties but we have absolutly no idea about apple or any other vendor for that matter - hint hint
