So I just have to download it and install and that's it ? Or is there something to do (like modifying .inf file) before installing it ?

11 minutes before the download is complete. I'll tell you if it has work or not ^^

EDIT : Didn't worked :/ Do I have to have a specific BIOS or something ?

Should be no need for modding anything.

katalin_2003>I have edited a post (first of the previous page) where I told you that your driver didn't worked.

Darcoder> I have a 60htz screen, never thought it has something to do with this ^^
PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0E31&SUBSYS_04BA1028&REV_A1 is this what you want ?

Well, the driver worked ! I now have it detected in system panel (don't know the english for "gestionnaire de périphériques" ^^")

I will now try this with a game to see if it is truely detected :)

Anyway, thanks for the help, both of you ! I surely couldn't have done this all by myself !

EDIT : I tried a game (Alan Wake) but it's the same performances as before with the integrated GPU, so is there something to do to activate the 485m ?

Haha, j'avais un mot de juste sur les deux ^^
Cool si tu parles français, j'aurais plus de facilité pour expliquer si j'arrive pas en anglais :)

So I tried everything to make it work but it doesn't :/ I just messed up the bios (8 bip problem) when trying a modded bios to force the GPU.

We have to keep posts in English around here! forum rules

Gestionnaire de Périphériques = Device Manager

    pas de probleme^^
Maybe there is an option to force desactivating the integrated GPU in the nvidia panel or in the bios, idk take a look but as the driver was successfully installed, your GPU should work.
I know some mod bios can disable the integrated GPU, it can be a solution or it can bug :/

The unlocked BIOS is the only solution for disabling the iGP on the M17x R3.
It's a great thing that the screen output is not thru the iGP like the M14x or the M11x :)

katalin_2003=> I know, that's why I told I will only use french if I can't explain things in english :)
So what do I have to do to disable the integrated GPU ?

I tried to disable it using the modded bios but now, it won't boot :/ I think I have to restore the bios.

EDIT : It boots when I remove the 485m so it's ok. What is the setting to disable the APU in the modded bios ?
