I also had issues with the E4200 and went back to the e3000 instead. Several of my components would not see the e4000 while the e3000 was always there. Never understood what the problem was.

Bigfoot support answered me. They have a problem with wow and they are working on it with blizzard. About FF problems they suggested that it can be addons issue. Will plug in bigfoot card again and test it. I can say that their support is very kind and really trying to help. So if it will go this way further all starting issues of this new product will be solved in new software and drivers updates. I hope they will keep on working on them constantly.

I installed the 1103 on my M17x-R2 to replace my Intel Ultimate-N 6300. So far, the 1103 >> 6300, even though I used prioritizing and direct pinging with the 6300.

If I replace the 6200 with the 1103 do I also lose bluetooth?

Unless you have a separate Dell module for Bluetooth, you will lose bluetooth if you make the upgrade.

I wanna buy it , but I have a question ; Do the 1103 load fast?

Because my u6300 load really slow , when I boot my window , the wireless still loading , my steam , msn , etc says I failed connect to the internet.
    Any advise anyone? Appreciate it.

Tested Intel driver , not working either.

Thanks , I'm buying it now and test it out. I believe you have around 10sec boot-up speed right?
The 6300 has good range , but its kinda useless because 99% of the internet was secured lol.

PS : can I buy 2 stickers? lol.

I went down to fortnax and picked mine up last week. My 1103 connects to the Internet faster than I can type in my screen password and click on google chrome. :)

    You will love your 1103

Just installed my 1103 and man I gotta say it is a lot faster. I have lower ping in games and less jitter.

Ping with the 6300 in League of Legends was around 90-110 ms would spike to 300-400

ping with the 1103 in LoL is around 77-82 ms no spikes at all.

Jitter with the 6300 was between 14-20 ms

jitter with the 1103 is 3-5 ms

I am extremely happy, and I am sure once I get my new router I will have even lower ping and Jitter. My Netgear is old and I have dropped it a couple of times so I know that is not really functioning well. Gonna try BC2 out now

The ping in BC2 with the 6300 was around 120-150 and would spike higher to almost 200

will edit When I see what it is with the 1103.

Glad you are happy with the card! Enjoy!

I've noticed a funny thing, we have a small wireless network at the office and whenever I'm downloading large chunks of data the killer monopolizes the entire channel choking up all other connections, lol. I'm sure it can be managed through the router properly but still, very funny :)

Ya, this card has really impressed me because the difference is extremely noticeable. With the 1103 when loading in bad company 2 I load actually faster than with the 6300 I used to load really slow and I would see this in FRAPS my frames would drop to 1 -8 from 150-180. With the 1103 I no longer have this issue! :D My ping also dropped from 120-150 to 90-100 and the higest spike I saw was 154 which is a lot better. Again I know for sure my router is bottlenecking this card I will post again when I get a new router I am also on a 20/2 MBPS line.

I was expecting to hate its QoS application but its actually really really good.

I ordered a Linksys E4200 router so that I can test its 450mbps speed properly.

Hey guys. I just got the 1103 card for my M17XR2. I was wondering what the 3 wire configuration was or if it mattered which port each got plugged into. Looking at the card from left to right, I attached black, grey, then white. Is this correct? Or does it matter? It seems to work so maybe it doesn't matter. My old Dell card had each port labled, the Bigfoot doesn't.
    Thanks

I have to say that I am really impressed with the card so far.

I have not noticed any ill effects, my wireless connection is stable and even stays connected at 450mbps (my 6300 usually fluctuated between 250-450).

Overall quite happy and if only fortnax had the cheaper shipping when I first bought it I would have gotten it from them/him

Lol, It has to be using some form of magic here. I wish I would have taken a snapshot of the 6300 connected at 270 to show you guys, but I didn't think the 1103 would connect at a different and much higher speed especially one that exceeds the routers specs.

How come on the m18x configuration it says:

    Killer™ Wireless-N 1103 a/g/n 3x3 MIMO for Gaming & Video and Bluetooth 3.0 [Add $80.00 or $3.00/month1]

I thought there would be no bluetooth with the killer card?

M18x has a separate slot for the bluetooth, the bluetooth comes by default and is unaffected by your wi-fi card selections. ;)

I was bore today and since I just bought my Sager with this card I decided to read all 30 pages and I must say Aiki is really impressive on how he answer every question and never leave a single question ignore even if it doesn't not benefit him.

I wish more reseller is like him and what a representation for the company as a whole.

I'm really happy with my purchase now that I know how awesome this card really is!
