    how about this one?
Well I know the inner dimensions are not compatible, but the American version is giving you even a smaller inner dimension and still two of this thread users told us its a perfect fit.
the thing is, the UK version seems better... isnt it?
    thoughts anyone?

    Hi everyone.

    I'm new here..

I traded my ASUS G75 after almost 2 years on non-stop problems and got a Alienware m18x.

At first I used the back pack that came with the ASUS for the Alienware but it was always such a problems to zip up as I would have to force the computer under the zipper in order to close the bag.

I bought a Samsonite bag where my Alienware fits perfect with plenty of room for the power bar and a lot of other stuff, but still..I'm not satisfied.

I've been looking at the Everki Ttitan, but find no pictures os the Alienware m18 inside..

I read somewhere that once inside the bag, the zipper must be forced around the top part of the bag due to it being a tight fit.

Is this true? Does anyone have a Alienware and use thus bag?

Can anyone upload some pics, please?

    Thanks!!

^^ why not to look in to Targus BlackTop 17" laptop bag? I had it and my 18.4" fitted beautifully well like it was tailored for it! I know it supposed to be 17" bag but it is more spacious than it seems! my m17xR4 was little loose in it, but m18xR2 was just right fit and surprisingly zippers had all the freedom, and not to forget to mention rugged bottom pads plus lots and lots of foam support for the laptop! :) just saying...

I have the vindicator briefcase. It's pretty nice. I also have a neoprene sleeve that works as well. I don't remember the brand at the moment and will not be back home til Wednesday night. I can get the info to you then if u want. Got it from eBay though.

Well I got my A18 and was going through all of my backpacks and found one that works that I didn't see listed on the post. Its a High Sierra Publicpak. It fits but it will not fit in the designated laptop area, you have to place it in the main compartment. I think I got this bag on newegg a while back for around $15 and boy is it ugly, lol. Seeing as the laptop is not very protected, I would suggest a sleeve. Just figured maybe people were looking for a cheap bag to use for that once a month that you take the beast into the real world.

Here is a link to it from the manufacturer.

Several of the backpack mentioned here isn't available on amazon or isn't a backpack.

    http://forum.notebookreview.com/thr...-would-fit-the-alienware-m18xr1-r2-18.574543/

Amazon doesn't have any other option for confirmed backpack (that has good padding and protection) aside from the Vindicator 18 which had some low ratings because of bad quality control / material strength (or so they say)

Anyone have a suggestion backpack that can actually fit an Alienware 18, sold on amazon, and doesn't break the bank?

Everki Titan is a good choice, and I think Targus makes one.

I merged your new thread and put it in the M18x forum where it would be seen by more people that own the right machine. Not everyone that owns an 18" beast makes a habit of reading new posts in the main forum.

Orion backpack is awesome. I had the Orion and Vindicator. The latter is OK, but the M18xR2 Orion is not only able to haul a ton of stuff, it is extremely well made. Vindicator isn't horrible, but it is not TSA friendly (a really bad deal for me) and not as well built.

When did you purchase the Orion? Dell might've cheaped out halfway through production and made the bags less reliable (see amazon).

Might explain why yours held up better than the review units posted around 2015 by amazon customers.

The Orion is a little shorter and wider. The vindicator is slim and tall. I like both. The Orion is TSA like others mentioned. I like both.

I think they are made by the same company and I believe both carry a lifetime warranty on workmanship/defects.

I'll try out the Orion 18, amazon has 30 day return policy so I'm not really concerned if it breaks.

Longevity though, can't say for sure. What's the manufacturer warranty on these?

I'm still using my Everki Titan, which has sustained incredible abuse (M18x R2 + PSU, a good 3 lbs. of peripherals and a massive Green Canteen 64 oz. steel water bottle full etc. full load-out is 50 lbs easy). Going on three years of use. For comparison, original Orion bag failed within 5 months of use.

Actually you're right. My Orion 18 has some few loose threads near the middle compartment zipper with less than a day usage.

I'll talk to amazon about this.

Has anyone tried Everki's Wheeled Atlas?

Or could anyone recommend any wheeled backpack that would be ok for 17.3" gaming laptop?
