This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Can anyone who has a working version of the new CC for the AREA-51 m17X tell me what they have in their registry under:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Alienware\Alienware AlienFX\

    Model=

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Wow6432Node\Alienware\Alienware AlienFX\

    Model =

    For some reason it keeps bringing up the wrong computer, and i'm hoping the controller is not toast. Thank you!!
