I recently bought a laptop on EBay. It is the pre service tagged M15X Alienware laptop. I was told to download the Command Center to get the led keys to light up but after downloading it I tried to download a theme specifically for the m15x and I keep getting the theme is not compatible. Any idea on how to fix this? Any more details just let me know and thanks.

Perhaps you downloaded a theme for the Dell m15x. Can you create a theme by yourself?

Was your keyboard a light-up model? Not all were.

What OS are you running, VIsta, 7, 32-bit or 64-bit? Are only certain zones of the keyboard lighting up, is there only a faint glow, or nothing at all? I experienced all three symptoms before I had everything installed correctly. If you don't have the basic (non-lit) keyboard, we need this information.
