Not sure if troll, but hey I'm in a good mood so I'll bite.

Won't be able to trade in unless, you have a 30 day return policy (most manufacturers/shops, SHOULD have some kind of return policy in check). Secondly, unless the system has MXM compatible cards (can be a slight hassle) you won't be able to upgrade the system due to BIOS, Mobo etc. YOU can still HOWEVER CHANGE THE RAM AND HARDDRIVE.

Please give us the specifactions of said system, it will help when helping you to maximize performance.

All this below I'm running off from a Notebookcheck.net Review of the Alienware Aurora M9700.
You payed 7,000$ (Of whatever your currency seems to be) for a Aurora M9700, first off its a 17" system not 19" so thats cleared up.

It can't play Black ops at high resolution or effects because of numerous technical hindrances (In English: It's old)

    - 2GB of ram, yep that much.
    - 1GB of vram in a SLI notebook.
    - 5094 point score on 3DMARK06

These factors mean that this machine, can't play games from today at full resolution or effects. You will have to turn down alot to get smooth frame rates going.

You got scammed. HARD. No other way to say it, that machine isn't worth 7K and probably never was worth 7K.

I believe he is talking about the Alienware MALX. It had a 19 inch screen and was $7k when new. Sweet machine back then. I believe it has non MXM cards, which means your screwed. Take a card out, completely, and post a pic. If its MXM2.1, like my M9750, I have some suggestions.

The screen doesnt work and one of the 2 SLI 3d card doesnt work also.

Its old hardware in it and i would like to have it but doesnt want to pay that much for it because its crap, any idea?
