The power button shines solid orange. It won't do anything else though. I replaced the heatsink, the video cards and hd. I have reseated the memory and can try that but how can I tell if it's the MB? What does the solid orange light mean? The battery light and hd blue lights come on. There is nothing else that happens..nothing on the screen, no sounds, no fans. Zero. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried replacing the cmos battery? Other than that it's most likely a motherboard issue.
