Hello, I have a question I cannot get answered. I cannot find the original Alienware command center for my Alienware Corp AREA-51-m15x-R1. I want to partition my hard drive giving x amount to crappy windows vista so I can run the Alienware command center while still using windows 7 x64. Please I need to know where to go to either download or buy the install disk so I can do this. At this point non of my AlienFX is not working, no lights, no...well thats pretty much it. Even if there isn't a way to get the original command center, is there a modded/hack version or a company that can help me with this? I have already spoken with both DELL and Alienware reps and they both can't (or maybe won't) help me. I have spent almost 2 full days tracking this down only to come up with next to no results. Thank you for taking the time from your busy day to read my question.

There are quite a few owners of the old systems still in this community. Perhaps you would be better off asking and looking in the correct sub-forum. One of them may be able to zip and upload it for you.

Here is the sub-forum specific to your beast: Alienware Aurora & Alienware Area 51 Forum

Happy hunting! I bet you bag what you're looking for.

There is no need for you to have a Vista partition. I have this laptop and everything (except sleep) works fine.
On page 2 of this forum there is that => http://forum.notebookreview.com/alienware-area-51-aurora-legacy-systems/342331-m15x-mini-myhive.html - you should find everything you need there.

There are a few users who shared their drivers, they aren't difficult to find here.

For your sake, I hope that you haven't updated the firmware of the AlienFX board with the newest command center... as far as I know, there is no going back from that one.
