    Area 51 M15X keyboard fix?

    I own an older M15x, and just started having this problem today. When my computer powers on, everything works, after its been running for a minute, the keyboard lighting turns off and I am getting this error:

    Everywhere I look wants me to download their PC checker/tweaker/whatever software, and apparently Alienware just told me they aren't helping anyone who purchased a system before 2009. If you guys could help me out, I'd greatly appreciate it.

    The links I found here to re download command center are all expired.

    There are good links in this board. Another user and myself have uploaded them within the past year and I know mine work. If you search around you should find them. Do the other lights stay on like the alienware logo & alienhead? If the re-install of command center doesn't work another solution may be to try re-installing windows. I know that's kind cheap trick to solve a little problem though sometimes it beats hours of headache, not to mention its good to do every once and a while.
