Command Center for Pre-Dell units

i've been looking literally everywhere for a working copy of command center for my area 51 m17x r1. it just doesn't seem to exist anywhere. i've found protivakid's dropbox link for area 51 m15x drivers and stuffs, which does include command center, but it doesn't work on my machine for some inexplicable reason. it keeps saying my processor isn't compatible when i try to install it. so if someone could post an actually working link for command center or give any tips that would be most helpful. thanks in advance.
incase you need them, here's my full system specs:
area 51 m17x r1
t8100 2.1ghz c2d
1x 9800m gt (will add another)
3gb 667mhz ram
160gb wd blue hdd
win7 hp x86

win7 x64 doesn't like this machine. not sure why. almost no drivers will install for me. with x86 i've been able to get almost all drivers working except for command center. right now the computer has no lights turned on making it nearly impossible to type in the dark.

 

Not sure bud, I only had the Vista one. Doesn't seem to be on the alienware site either
