Driver installation help for a "Alien" m17xR1 Pre-Dell

In advance: English is not my native language, Google "helps" me

I would like to ask for a help because I can not download, especially the contributions of @ Marvie100. BIOS, CC, ATI Dual 3870 as an example.

For two days I have owned an almost unused machine from 2008 with Vista key. Unfortunately, I did not pay attention to the Ebay offer, without OS software, without driver software.
My desired driver for Windows XP Profx86 to play SH 3 or 4 and RCT.
Are the required drivers installed exactly like the M18 or M11 devices? Example: first CC, then OSD, then chip driver and finally the BIOS?

It may be tough to find XP drivers for that laptop because it came with Vista. I would run Windows 7, or re-install Vista using the key on the bottom.

I have changed to Vista and installed and aktiviert
Also no more countable posts read and tried to activate driver links to get a download.
The success? Yes, it's like politics ......... you hope and hope ........ yes I still hope.

I need only one driver for the CommandCenter: Vista 32 bit
Version M17-R1 CC-VIN3-1.0.29 (X86) .EXE, Size 27.97MB I have and is installed
Everything works just no keyboard color change Currently dark blue, barely recognizable.
Was on an original CD which I bought for 55 € at Ebay. Only the driver CD.
Who can help?

What are toy looking for at this point, m17x r1 vista drivers?

Do you have a pre-dell M17 or the after dell takeover M17x? A picture of your laptop would help.

 

Sorry- can't help you. After reading your post again apparently if you have ati 3870 your model is M17 R1. I have m17x-r1. Very different and still confusing. Good luck in your search!
