Hey gang, new here so could use some help. Purchased the Area 51 system from a pawn shop and when ever I hit the DVD touch pad button my screen goes to the blue screen of death with a long a$$ message, then reboots itself. I took it off and cleaned underneath but am still having the same problem. Could the Alienware M9700 Media Button Board tm51cnzg132 be bad? No other problems on the other keys. Your knowledge and help is greatly appreciated in my time of need. Please advise asap. Thx again ya'll. Trebor Kisamot

I did run the dvd without a problem. Why would that give me the blue death screen?? Just installed a new touchpad and when I touch the DVD button the exact same thing happens. Crap!!!! Highley impossible two boards have the same problem I would think. Any other suggestions please?? Thx again and await your replies.
