    Nvidia 257.21 isn't working after install on m15x

    I have an older m15x 2.5ghz penryn 8800M GTX and just installed the Nvidia 257.21 for vista 32bit on my lappy. It installs successfully but after restart there is no recognition of the drivers in the CP. I load any games. I have no idea what is wrong? usually I have used laptopvideo2go drivers and install INF's and figured this should be easiest as it is from Nvidia for Notebooks and my GPU. What is going on? HELP! I have run DriverCleaner pro after my uninstall's and still can't get these to work

    read through it; tried installing from the folder...no avail. Maybe will have to switch to another..any recs?

    now nothing is working. No driver i install is being recognized. I load but cant find an nvidia control panel nor will a game load. What could this be?
