So i went to the main m17 thread to look for the overclocking part.

When trying to follow, first with the gpu I only have 1 hd 3870 but my clocks are running 6 mhz slower than default according to gpu z and when I set the clocks higher and click set clocks they just reset back to the values they are running at normally. How can I get them to set? (I am running catalyst 11.2 and the driver is 8.92)

Secondly I want to try the cpu, but I do not have the extreme, i have the intel core 2 due p8600 @2.4GHz. I could not find in the bios any place to overclock (if there is help finding it would be nice) I got the set fsb program but I do not know what clock generator to use and then from, there what I can safely change on there.

    Any help is appreciated.
