    I wanted to install the latest drivers for this. The alien ware site has no updated ones and the drivers from the site are not compatible when I run them. any suggestions?

    I'm using the GeoForce 266.58 (8.17.12.6658) drivers in my Area 15 m17x with SLI 8800M GTX. They seem to work fine for me. Windows Vista 32 bit. x9000 CPU. Original BIOS that was shipped with the system in July 2008. Sorry that I don't have any helpful suggestions if your system won't accept those drivers.

    Those are good drivers that jwt2 is utilizing. The 8 series cards are still being supported in the newest NIVIDIA driver releases, you should be ok for a while.
