    Hi mates,

i thankfully was told to get better advice here instead of the current M15X board.

I recently tried to update my 2008 m15x with an SSD. Unfortunately the new drive causes a lot of trouble - it takes ridicolous time till windows starts...and every other way of booting like from CD or USB is affected as well.
Since there is no option to change the SATA mode in BIOS (x36), I wonder if you probably can help me to find a way to change the SATA mode? Currently it seems to be in IDE mode. Is there another BIOS version out there, where this option is available?

hopefully someone can shed some light on this odd issue?!

    Greetings
