    m15x skullcap shuts down on battery power

    my m15x shuts down when i start a game on battery power then i cant get the computer to turn back on until i plug in ac adapter but it runs fine on battey power as long as you don't start a game up. anything would me greatly

    Is anything OC'ed? If your power settings are set to High performance mode you can also try setting them to balanced.

    how much battery life do you get when running normally? A partially collapsed lithium cell can cause the problems you are experiencing.

    about 1 hour if im lucky i never oc it i tried the balanced settings the game did start but ran very choppy i have 2 battery's i will try the second battery when i get home from work .

    you should be getting longer than an hour for sure. big dtr clevos get an hour. my m17x r2 gets 1-1.75 hours. the r2 would go for 2+hours. definitally starting to sound like a collapsed cell at this point. let us know about the other battery.

    seams that was the battery the 2nd new one works fine with almost 1h 35min of power so thanks to all
