Hello. New to the forums. I have an m9750 that has had a dead video card for a while now and i'm looking to replace it. after some research i decided to change the card from a geforce 7950gtx 512 to an "Alienware M17" ATI Radeon M88 XT HD 3870 512MB Master Card. I'm only going to use one card. so does parent or daughter really matter (or master/slave)? or should i stick with parent (master)? Thank you for your answers. I really appreciate it.

Yes, you will want a "master" card.
