And, we do not yet know how much heat the i5/i7 produces compared to the C2D because it isn't out yet. That's why I've already said, all I'm doing is speculating the reason why.

Oh, and yes, of course, a 3 year old boy would know perfect English and have already completed higher exams. (GCSEs) I'm sorry, it's a bit ironic that you're calling me 3 years old and yet I apparently know more about computers than you, and have better spelling and grammar.

So I'll really be waiting on reviews for both of them. I'm still not entirely sure about either choice.

It is still somewhat suspicious for me, because Alienware here is exquistely expensive.

i'm going to spend some vacation in cancun in the end of february, gonna stay there for 8 days, is it possible that I buy the M11X there? do dell has any physical store?

 

There is still the chance that by the time you go on vacations Dell would have delivered your M11x if you order it the day it comes out.

 

This laptop is exactly the one I want, small like a netbook but powerful like a laptop. I hope the laptop runs rather cool though.

 

this is a brand new question: any possibility of a docking station?? they are useless for the 15 and 17'' models, but this 11.6'' certainly would benefit... I'm not planning playing hours straight in a 11.6'' screen

 

Nope I think you will not be able to find one there also it would be 1.5x more expensive than in the USA .

(Thats why I buy laptops from the USA)

Unlike all the other over-speced notebooks we've seen, this one is actually designed for gamers. So it should handle the heat with ease. Unless of course, some engie was sleeping on the job and drooled all over the design sheet

I don't think that site has "official" specs... It was created january 6 and update 6 days later... so it's old... I think they know just as much as we do...

okay I've just got one question, will a 1.3ghz processor be enough modern games like MW2 or STO on full graphics? 1.3 seems quite low to me, or is most gaming based on the video card these days?

Apparently it can run MW2 at HD settings at around 30fps, so yeah it can i suppose.

Hi im thinking of buy a m11x but dunno if they send it to greece and also if i connect for examble to an 21 inch monitor the display will be good or not?

 

does anyone get the i7 version? I"m curious as the performance of it on MW2, L4d2, and BC2. This laptop is pretty crazy in term of its performance.
