    Hi all,

I just got my R1 today from Fedex. It is a wonderful machine. I think it is the exact size that I want, small enough to carry around, and powerful enough to run all sorts of games. :D :D :D :D :D

However, there is just one little "point" that bothers me so much, literally.

    So here is my problem:

There is a black dust on the inner side of my screen. I cannot wrap it clean from the outside, and I am sure it is not a dead pixel. It just bothers me especially if the background is light. You can easily point out there is a black dot on the screen.

So I want to talk to you, and see what you think I should do?

Should I contact Dell and let them know this problem, since I ordered directly from Dell? And what will happen next? will they ask me to send in the computer? I've heard that if you send in a new computer, it could come back refurbished, and I definitely do not want to turn it refurbished!

I want to check with you and see if you have the same problem. What would be an another way to clean this spot?

    HELP~~~

    Thank you in advance!

Thanks a lot for your replies.

I called Dell and they say to send a tech try to fix it, it would be too expensive for them to arrange a send back.

to MaiKuxDin, I don't have a camera on hand right now. I will get a pic up as soon as I can find one!

    Thanks again !
