Well, took like 5 min to replace my Intel 6200 with a Bigfoot network Killer Wireless-N 1102 wifi card.

Only thing i can say is: Holy Crap, that card is FAST!

Now i can connect at 300MBPS on my DGL-4500 router.

I really think now that the 6200 i got was a cheap clone, because i never got reliable speed with it.... Now, i got a stable and fast card... thanks to bigfoor network.

It's beautiful isn't it? It's a must have upgrade in my opinion! Plus the control panel is super useful to check what apps are hogging internet, and throttling as necessary.

Yes, the control panel is awsome... for 40$ (that's the price i found it on ebay) it was one of the best upgrades i did for my M11x... next one, will be an SSD (i know this will be THE best upgrade)...

It really was a great upgrade. And after putting an ssd in my m11x and m14x, I regret nothing.

It really is hard to go back to a standard HDD. I am going to sell my 2510p and I took out my 96GB Kingston SSD and put in the 1.8 pata drive and just booting into Win 7 Pro takes a minute and a half. Uninstalling programs seem to take forever!

There is a sale on Crucial M4 CT128M4SSD2 M4 2.5" 128GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive for ~$150.

The bigfoot 1102 card is a 2 antenna card. The 1103 requires 3 antenna.

You can get the card on ebay or amazon.com

Go to either of those places and search bigfoot 1102.

Where can you buy these wireless cards brand new?
Also, do any of you know what brand of SSD would be best to get. I want to get a 256GB one but I need it to be quite cheap (under 300£)
