Ok so I got my Alienware about 2 weeks ago now I think and had a problem with the 'f' key ... Dell where really helpful and someone came out the next day and put in a whole new keyboard.
The only issue I am noticing now is using headphones to listen to music. It seems that the sounds levels change throughout the song not drastically but definitely noticeably I was just wondering if anyone else had came across this or was able to give any help on working out the problem?
    Thanks

I haven't noticed that. First, try another music playing program to verify that isn't the culprit.

I am using my iPhone headphones which are fine with my iPhone and also I have tried a few different music players and it seems to pretty much be the same all round.
It is quite subtle but it is really annoying it just sounds like the levels are very slightly moving about.

Yeah it is the same in both which I thought made it kind of strange? Don't know if they are corrected in any way

They are. I don't think there's a replaceable audio component on the motherboard either, so my guess is that Dell is going to have to replace the motherboard. Call them and have them troubleshoot the issue.

When I had the crackling audio issue they just replaced the unit

    Definitely no separate audio component
