    Here's the official release notes.

As part of the NVIDIA Verde Notebook Driver Program, this is a reference driver that can be installed on supported NVIDIA notebook GPUs. However, please note that your notebook original equipment manufacturer (OEM) provides certified drivers for your specific notebook on their website. NVIDIA recommends that you check with your notebook OEM about recommended software updates for your notebook. OEMs may not provide technical support for issues that arise from the use of this driver.
    Before downloading this driver:

    1. Please check to make sure that your notebook has a supported GPU (refer to the Products Supported tab below).

    Oh very nice just downloaded,
    noticed a nice difference-
You can see if the NVIDIA gpu is active :D
Go to nividia control panel (If it doesnt show up in the bottom right notification theen go to the start menu and type in nividia)
    Go to view-
    Enable the last thingy :D
Now you can see if the GPU is being used in the notification area
    rawr ftw

Actually, I think the onus is on OEMs, Dell in this case, to have their laptops added to nvidia's driver program.

Thx for all the help you guys are doing, specially you kopicha! This video card gave me a slight increase in game's fps I think, like Crysis, Sniper: Ghost Recoon, and allowed me to play Mafia II (which I couldn't with 258 driver), but before I do the upgrade to this driver, I played The Witcher Enhanced Edition without any issues, but now I got black screen with sound (weird). I hope Nvidia do a better drive for our M11x R2!

I hope this works as an advice for anyone who has Thw Witcher.

Kopicha, this is great news... for M11xR2 owners.

Thank you for all your support and efforts in the past.

This is the time one wished one paid more attention in class and could create ones own M11xR1 switchable GPU driver.

Nautis seems to be taking a well earned break, which again it not ideal for me and my M11xR1. I'm hoping he's in the laboratory with the tinfoil lined leather helmet, with the arcing electrics, and the crackling, the vapors, the boiling.... creating the best M11xR1 switchable GPU ever... ha ha ha..

I like the drivers. It fixed issues with WC3's colors in cinematics and mouse movement delay on GPU. I noticed fps increase in SC2 too. I had around 30ish-60ish fps on medium/high settings in a 2v2 match no OC

I can't play blu ray properly. I'm using PowerDVD 10 and there are lines all over the screen. blu ray played perfectly fine on my M11x R1, but it doesn't work properly on the R2. I'm assuming that it's the Intel gpu that is causing this. Since I can't select which gpu to use for PowerDVD, I'm not sure where the problem really is. If you have blu ray working on yours, please tell me what I need to do.

Hm strange I thought i posted a thread here.

Well Ill try again, I know it all works on the R2 now due to nvidias new support, but if anyone will be so kind to mod these the same way the 260.89 desktop beta drivers were done I know a lot of people who will be happy, since I used those to make a modded version for the hybrid solutions (Vaio Z and R1)

Thanks! glad to hear good reports.

There's a little option named "clean install" when you are in the setup. I checked it and everything worked fine. I guess there's no need to do all that driversweep stuff.

Did you install the 3D Vision part of the driver as well? With the previous beta driver I had similar problems until I installed the 3D driver too (along with the regular driver and PhysX). With this release I just installed over top of the beta driver (no clean install) and installed the 3D driver too and it worked on the first try.

    Cheers,
    Stain

Tried safe mode install, now nVidia 335m shows in device manager, but as not working properly. No nVidia software shows on taskbar or on the desktop context menu.

Going to attempt uninstall and reinstall, but so far nothing but headache.

Alrighty, got it installed and everything seems to be working fine.

Problem lied with my Tritton UV150 USB to VGA adapter I attempted to install a few days ago, which was buggy when I did. After uninstalling that, nVidia seems to have installed fine.

Only instant bug noticed, is in the nVidia control panel, under help > System Information.

There is a component showing above the GeForce card, but it's just blank. When you click on it, it says on the right, Driver Version 260.89; Memory 0MB; IRQ 0; Bus Unknown Bus.

Anybody else see this? Or am I still having problems?

That is your Intel HD. It has been like this since the first 260 release so this is not a new thing. It now detects both your GPU the Intel one and the Nvidia one. Now go look under your Physx you will notice both GPU are shown there as oppose to only 1 like in the past.
