    No Windows 7 can support RAID on USB, but first you need to delete all of the drive volumes in disk management, then it should let you set it to dynamic and set up a new stripped array.

    Otherwise this page http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/26829-convert-dynamic-disk-basic-disk.html might help, if the above doesn't work it has the commands to get it done through command prompt (run as admin).

    I have installed the M15 card and it works great. Windows finds the cards no problem. Great for extra storage. too bad SDXC cards are still pricey.
