It's hard to say, since we don't know the prices and stuff in Japan. 450 USD or 48000 seems expensive tho. Also the GTX 460M won't handle new games at all. you'd need to update the card. I think there are better deals out there.

No, GTA 5 is one of the most optimized games out there. It doesn't run GTA 5 smoothly at all, the game runs only around 25-40FPS, which looks smooth on youtube because of the rendering. It will not run watch dogs 2 without a complete lagfest, forget any new games on the GTX 460M.

Here, this is how the GTX 460 on new games and this one is much more powerful than your 460M:

Forget witcher 3 and other new games. But you can upgrade the graphicscard to somthing much more powerful and to get good performance.

You can upgrade 460M -> 970M, and 720qm -> 920XM and play many games smoothly
Your friend ask too much for this laptop, offer 20000¥

Actually maybe not, prices in USA are now very high for M15x, probably because it is a vintage machine now. Maybe you have luck buying from this forum, post in the want to buy section in the marketplace. People ask crazy money for this old machine.

Better idea I think, M15x easily defeated by PS4 Pro.

Definitely no, Surface pro 2 has no dGPU, poor CPU, cannot play more than Age of Empires 2

Hey, Aan FR. I live in Japan, and I agree with Raidriar. The prices for gaming laptops in Japan are crazy. It's often cheaper to order from the US. For a little more money than what you were thinking you could buy a newer, faster laptop like the Acer Nitro with an i5 7300HQ CPU and a 1050Ti GPU and enjoy it right away.
