    Hello,

My doubt are: i got 01x TB 7200RPM Samsung and 01x 240GB SSD Kingston, but what is the best slot to use SSD?
I mean one of them are replacing DVD/CD, actually my 1TB are replacing DVD/CD slot.

My recollection is that the SATA for the HD slot is faster than that for the DVD/CD slot, so I think you have it right.

Both slots are Sata II so it doesn't matter.

I was thinking the DVD port was SATA 1?

They are both SATA II. The reason for the confusion appears to be the labeling of the two SATA ports in the BIOS. One is labeled SATA 1 and the other SATA 2; but that's just what they are: labels. The actual speed is SATA II 3.0Gbps for both slots. An app like HWInfo will confirm this.

If both drives are at least SATA II capable, the negotiated speed will read 3Gb/s. I currently have a Hyper-X SATA III SSD in my HDD slot reading at 3.0Gbps and a WD Black SATA III hard drive in the optical slot, also reading 3Gb/s (actually both read Serial ATA 6Gb/s @ 3Gb/s).
