    Hey all! Been way too long!

    Recently cleaned my laptop out the other day, (some of you might remember
    I was in Zambia for a looong time) took some serious dirt out of it as well as
    repasted the GPU which was done with some really shoddy stuff while I was
    abroad! Temps have gone down EPICLY (~10°C) on GPU and the CPU aswell
    (repasted that one also).

    So I was feeling so pleased with myself I decided to check around the
    market for a new GPU, just to get a taste of prices and so on.

    This ones not for me, there's no way I can afford it right now buuut, if
    any of you have a small fortune kicking around and have been looking
    for a Dell 6970... I thought you might be interested to see this!

    Haha nice one with the temps. Yes that listing has been up for a while with that same extortionate price. I'm thinking of letting mine go as soon as I can get sell this damn thing. UK buyers are so stubborn. Where in the UK are you?

    Yes I got one with a 580m and a 3D screen. Which is the reason I have to get rid of my dearest M15x. The Missus and the rents think I have too much stuff already. You know anyone that wants one?

    But seriously, there's no way I can shell out money for something like that
    right now, much to my dismay! Ebay I guess would be the best answer.
    Although I'm sure there are a few folks round NBR that would be greatful
    for dibbs on it!

    The M17x looks like a seriously hench rig by the way! I'm supah jealous!!

    Haha alright calm down, you already have a M15x anyways. I don't think I'll get much for mine anyways as it is uber tatty with missing bumpers and a few minute scratches on the screen. It's all about the insides :) Who knows, I might get lucky.

    BTW what is your spec?

    that dell card is on ebay since march. he'll never sell it at that price... i made him an offer of 400$ but didn't reply :))

    How much are you hoping to get for your 6970? Or are you selling it complete with the machine? I'd be interested to know what kinda price you're looking for, PM me if you'd rather keep it private.

    Wow, didn't realise it's been up that long! It's definitely a high price... You could almost get an M11x for that...

    I'd also be interested to know if you are planning on selling the laptop as a whole and for how much? or if you are parting it out, ballpark of cpu/gpu/ssd
