    Hi guys,

I'm in a bit dilemma to decide which upgrade i should do 1st,
I got offer for 2nd hand 920XM with good price, on another hand i also considering to buy Kingston HyperX 8Gb kit 1600mhz, which mean at least i can run it on 1333 CL7..

There is not so much different price between these 2 items,

What do u think guys, for M15x, which one would give more significant improvement?

    Thx!

Absolutely, the cpu. It is even hard to measure differences in performance due to increased memory speed, while the increase in performance due to the new cpu will be fairly dramatic. I did a similar upgrade (920xm and 940xm have very similar performance), and am very happy. You will want to learn about Throttlestop (thanks again, UncleWebb), for whis there is a lot of information here.

    Go for it!
