    Hi guys,

    i intend to order a 9 cell battery and looking in the spare part list i found 2 models ?!? the only differences are the one in bold. T779R is marked as alternative to F3J9T. Do you guys know what are the differences ?


    T779R - Alienware M15X Defiant - BTRY,PRI,85WHR,9C,LITH, DYNPK - BATTERY - Battery, primary, 9C, 85WHR, DYNPK

    F3J9T - Alienware M15X Defiant - BTRY,PRI,85WHR,9C,LITH, SIMPLO - ATTERY - Battery, primary, 9C, 85WHR, Simplo

    I think both are the same battery...just different manufacturers. :)

    Pretty sure those both are for the original m15x and not the M15x you have.

    Weird, when I google those part numbers I get the older L shaped versions. The one I got is MCNFY and it matches up with those links.

    I've just ordered a new 9 cell battery for my M15x within the past 10 minutes, and my invoice says PN F3J9T. I found the same thing when looking on google, but the rep says that its deffinitely the right one :)
