    hi, hopefully this is a good place or this topic. dear expert please help. I have m15x first gen laptop from 2008. I installed windows 7 but my keyboard is not detected in command center. keyboard is not light up. please send me some links,apps,guide which will help to fix this problem. I have found a few website with guide but links expired. please help

    If keyboard is functioning but no light control, the FX controller on the AW M15x is messed up. However test if your command center can control other led lightings on your Alienware.

    Likely the connector for keyboard illumination is detached.

    The lighting of keyboard is working.when windows start keyboard has the lighting and after 5 second light disappeared. There is problem With registry

    All other light are working fine and I can control them through the command center
