When I play games on my alienware M15x it seems that the stealthmode feature is throttling my gaming experience and causing lag that is really annoying. When I play Diablo 3 it runs smoothly on maxed graphics for a good 20seconds or so then starts to glitch and lag like crazy, I tap the stealth mode on then off again and the lag subsides and its back to 100% smooth gameplay for another 10-20seconds and have to rinse and repeat (which is the annoying part...) I have updated the command center application and the BIOS system on my pc to try and fix this. Anyone have a hint for me?

You need the Stealth Mode Indicator utility. Unzip, install, create a shortcut to the executable, run the program, right click on the little alienhead icon in the Taskbar and select/check Autofix. Drag the shortcut into the Startup folder so that it starts automatically when windows starts. Your Stealth Mode problems will be over. Courtesy of Wattos. An indispensable M15x utility.

I installed and ran, still having same problem...
Here is a weird thing. When i unplug the A/C cord after about 5 seconds it stops lagging. So it runs just fine when I'm using the battery. I have the power settings set to high performance.

Is your machine getting too hot and throttling it's self?
