    Hi All

I'm trying to pair up a logitech M555b bluetooth mouse with the x15M.

    Logitech are no help.

    Basically the pairing isnt completing.

I do add device with the mouse in discovery mode.

It finds the mouse, asks if there is a pair code (which I tell it there isnt as instructed by logitech) .

It says configuring and then says it should be added. However the mouse stays with the flashing light (ie still in discovery mode) and when I pull up the mouse properties on the bluetooth devices it shows no services on the blue tooth tab.

Any advice ? I suspect a decent bluetooth manager or stack ?? I'm using teh default package from the alienware downloads at the dell site .

    Help please

    John

Hi, you can try this troubleshooting. Does any other device work on the bluetooth? You can try a different one or reinstalling the bluetooh drivers from here.
