    Hey all

    Just a general question but ive bought a 920xm and am just waiting for it to arrive but was wondering if you need the 9 cell battery to use it?

    My assumption is that I only require it for mobile use and not if it's plugged into the mains!

    Any help as always is very much appreciated

    no the 9 cell is not required, its only benefit would be a longer battery life
