    Hi,
Just tonight i can't overclock my 260M?!
I was originally using nvidia control panel and running stable at 650/1050/1550 for a while now. Just noticed lower FPS whilst playing crysis 2 demo, so checked GPUZ and they were at stock numbers. Went into nvidia control panel to change back to O/C and it comes up saying 'that the changes made were invalid and will not be applied'.
read around a bit and tried RivaTuner & EVGA Precision (uninstalled everything that didn't work) with no luck at all.

    ...anyone??...

    thanks in advance :)

try turn stealth mode on and off before setting your new clocks.

Do what inap suggested, then try MSI Afterburner to overclock.

    MSI Afterburner
