    I have this problem on my m15x laptop

    Image on my desktop show strange.

    Clearly a graphics issue but is it a windows aero issue? Try turning aero off etc.
    Also update your drivers for gpu Nvidia or AMD

    I use Windows 8. my video card gtx 460m with latest drivers

    this artefact disappear on refresh

    Try older drivers, that could be the root of the issue. Did it happen on Win7?
