    Does changing AlienFX consume more power?

    Right now I have my theme set to change from green fades into white and fades back into green and rinse and repeat. Will this use more power or process?

    I would guess yes by a slight bit, probably not enough to notice.

    Power-wise it should be negligible.Maybe if you were to run graphics-intensive games then the irritating pop-up will prompt you to turn down visual themes.
