Just now have I finally installed a 920XM in my system, thus completing my upgrades for the system; I'm looking for some helpful insight on the processor as far as overclocking with Throttlestop and a means to bench it. It has a few weeks left to the Warranty yet and I would like to ensure it's a decent chip.

Not new to overclocking by any means but just lurking and doing some mild research it seems these processors are a bit more intricate than bumping a slider a few Mhz at a time. So I want to soak up some information.

All that's left now is a PSU... Still debating on a 210 or a 240....

    Thanks in advance...

Check out this post where I detail the basics of throttlestop using a couple of screenshots
    I finally upgraded
Get whichever PSU is cheaper. Max watt drawn from the wall with my 940XM and 7970M both overclocked was 190W so 210W is sufficient.

I'd go with the 210W one. It's all you need.

If you're planning to OC' make sure you always check the temperatures.

Run a fan controller like HWinfo along side throttlestop.
If you're doing anything high stress you can override fans to respin to max constantly.
It'll help you keep temperatures down. Of course make sure all your vents and heatsinks are clear.
I don't suggest ever overriding your fans unless its for their maximum.
