I upped to Firefox 4.01 and since returned to 3.6.17 because of a severe 'flashing black screen' on every keystroke and mouse movement.
Of course my suspicion is video driver, but also know some drivers work better on AW than others.
So, Im on a NVIDIA 260M, driver version 8.17.12.5738, which reports to be the most recient, 2010, (doubt it).

go to the nvidia site and select your graphics card and download the 267.76 versions. They are the best.

FYI - Firefox 4.01 continues to work very well - I just upgraded to 267.76 version - no difficulty. Let us know if this doesn't work for you.

I'm using 267.76 with 260M and I have no problems at all since updating to Firefox 4.01.

The dox driver is outdated. Dox even said so himself.

I haven't updated to FFox 4.01 BUT I have updated to NVIDIA 267.76.
WHAT a difference, definitely appreciated and recommended.
A noticeable difference in my desktop, I assume I used support.dell for the prior driver, on my last rebuild.

+1 REP for widezu69, THX bro, two minutes to answer the OP, wow. -hubs-
