My CD drive has taken another crap on me. This is the second time it's happened so I can only run certain CD's from my drive, unfortunately I cannot run regular CD's with VBIOS .iso on them to update my 560m VBIOS from dell.

Is there a way to format my USB stick to flash my VBIOS from there to update my 560m?

    Thanks!

You can, you just need to make your flash drive a bootable usb drive, then add all the extracted iso files.
